\n(On edit: worked great, definately worth $25 to me. They would allow three free uses on up to x number of files but I opted to pay the price and just get the job done. The program works on the Mac end–cleaned out the file name characters PCs can’t read and added the extensions PCs need to open the related programs).<\/p>\n
\n**Displays the Macintosh type of the files (XPress, Photoshop, Word, etc.), allowing to a Windows user to know the kind of the files without their 3 characters extensions
\n**Runs on Windows 95\/98\/ME, NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
\nNote: MacExplorer runs on 95\/98 but the peculiarities of the Macintosh files are not displayed on this platform (signatures, resource sizes, comments)
