Put a <tt>dos2ux<\/tt> line in your rsync script to ensure this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Timestamps<\/strong><br \/>\nWindows doesn&#8217;t keep file modification times to better than two seconds. Use the <tt>--modify-window=2<\/tt> option to get around this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Also &#8211;perms without chmod might solve my windows to windows rsync permissions problems.
