Keyboard shortcuts<\/h2>\n

Menu\/All applications\/Preferences\/keyboard shortcuts<\/p>\n

Click the add button<\/p>\n

Give the keyboard shortcut a name<\/p>\n

Provide the path (or command and path)<\/p>\n

Examples:<\/p>\n

Open a program
“\/home\/tech\/Desktop\/pdfx-editor-port\/PDFXEdit.exe”
which\u00a0 is a shortcut to a portable windows app.
I had set the PDFXEdit.exe file to open with “Wine Windows Program Loader” as default
Right-click PDFXEdit.exe, select “open with”, select “Wine Windows Program Loader”, check “remember this application”<\/p>\n

Open a document<\/p>\n

Click on the line where it says “New shortcut” or “disabled”, or where it already gives a shortcut combination
\nIf you click on the name of the shortcut you can edit the name and command.
\nClick on the line section for shortcut until you get “New shortcut”
\nPress the keyboard combination you want to use
\nThere will be no warning if you choose and existing shortcut (say CTRL-C) so be careful and wise<\/p>\n

To export these custom settings for import into another system:<\/p>\n

For Linux Mint Mate, to export to user’s home directory and import from same<\/p>\n
