Set up a youth hostel and encourage the kids to rent a room and then over occupy it?<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.dallasmetropolis.com\/archive\/index.php\/t-976.html\">one site<\/a> they talked about the cultural need for a youth hostel&#8230;indicating that a city couldn&#8217;t be classed as international if it didn&#8217;t have one.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leg.state.or.us:8765\/query.html?col=1ors&#038;col=3meas05&#038;col=orsannos&#038;qt=hostel&#038;charset=iso-8859-1\">search of Oregon Statutes for hostel<\/a> didn&#8217;t really show anything regarding regulations. No <a href=\"http:\/\/ci.medford.or.us\/SearchResults.asp?txtKeyWords=hostel&#038;Match=AND&#038;PageSize=10&#038;chkTool=12&#038;ToolID=12&#038;cmdSearch=SUBMIT+SEARCH\">search of Medford Municiple Code<\/a> turned up anything either.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashland.or.us\/SearchResults.asp?txtKeyWords=hostel&#038;Match=AND&#038;PageSize=10&#038;chkTool=12&#038;ToolID=12&#038;cmdSearch=SUBMIT+SEARCH\">search of Ashland Municiple Code<\/a> did turn up some references. Unfortunately none of those lead to any full understanding of how Ashland treats the hostel.<\/p>\n<p>Oh well, no easy set of links here.
