I had a problem with my NeoRouter not able to ping the remote computers, though they did show up in the list of active computers.
Nightmare tried everything I could think of, 24 hours of struggle (on and off of course)
Then I found this https://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-reset-all-your-windows-10-network-adapters-just-6-clicks
Windows key + i
select network and internet
on left click ‘status’
on right scroll down to network reset
click ‘reset now’
confirm
window pops up saying you will be logged out in 5 minutes.
wait
log in again
WoW! ping is back for Neorouter!
