If you downloaded SyncthingGTK and installed syncthing from there then syncthing.exe is somewhere like
C:\users\tech\Documents\syncthing-windows…../syncthing-windows …../
Create a folder at C:|Syncthing and copy the previously mention directory contents to that.
Delete the old folders
You will have to tell SyncthingGTK about the new location
Now follow the directions here. Note: Windows 10 has a slightly different location for the settings

Run Syncthing GTK
Will check for existance of Syncthing, if not found then offers to download. Do that.
Close Syncthing GTK
